Phase III ESAs consisted of obtaining concurrence and approvals from State environmental agencies; such as, a soil cleanup at a New Hampshire concrete plant prior to the buyer taking ownership of the property; and, closure of an automotive hydraulic lift in Vermont, prior to finalizing a lease agreement.
